Gear: Discussion Grenade

Discussion Grenade: Anominous weapon to be sure, a discussion grenade causes no damage, but does cause neural instability to all within a 4 meter radius when it goes off, creating spontaneous conversations to erupt. Those in these conversations are distracted, suddenly trying to get a particular point of view across (which can be generated by the referee and handed to any players involved) which translates to a -2 on all Intelligence rolls for four rounds and -2 on all rolls to hit. After the duration of the grenade’s effect the talks may continue or cease depending on how lively the conversation is. (900 credits)
